Upgrade Firmware

The latest generation of ribbons requires an update of your printer firmware.

For Windows, you will require firmware version 2126 (or above).

For Mac OS, you must first update your driver to version 6.8.0.174 (or above) before updating your firmware to version 2126 (or above).

Support Available

You can now use the Badgy Update Tool to update your printer’s firmware and driver (Badgy Premium Suite) in a single operation.

If several printers are connected to the same computer, update each printer one by one.

1. Ensure that the status of your printer is ‘Ready’ before starting the operation:
