Printer Manager > A pop-up window is displayed on my screen. What does it mean?

This window relates to a system of pop-up information windows that provides different types of information (e.g. clean the printer) or actions indicated to be performed in order to enable printing (change ribbon, for example).

 

 
 
This window provides access to local help, by clicking .
It is also possible, in some cases, to cancel the printing job in progress by clicking  . You can also resume the printing job by clicking .

The Printer Manager icon located at the bottom of your screen, in the notification area, switches to different colors according to the status of your Badgy printer and/or the action required (see Question: What is the meaning of the different colors of the Printer Manager icon?).
