Badgy, the wise choice to create professional quality visitor badges
The members of the French Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCEF) have agreed to share the benefits they received from using the Badgy200 during the preparation of their national convention.

Most associations have events to organize at some point during the year. These can attract a greater or smaller number of people, depending on the nature and the size of the association. Whatever the type of event (festival, sporting event, convention, race, etc.) its success depends on:
- good organization
- an excellent reception
- clear identification of the participants and the organizers
The associations also have a specific image they would like to maintain and members/organizers whose time is divided between the association, their professional and personal life, and the desire to make their events a success.

The challenge: identifying the convention participants at the lowest cost
The JCEF is an association of men and women aged 18 to 40 who collaborate to help develop society and individuals by setting up economic, social, and community projects.
The association is made up of 150 local groups (Local Junior Chambers of Commerce) and 23 regional groups (federations).
Each year it organizes a National Convention. The 2014 convention was held in Angers, France.
As the members who organize the event are all volunteers at JCEF alongside their regular jobs, their time is precious and so are the association’s coffers!
The solution: Badgy200 for printing their own PVC cards
After investigating various badge-printing solutions available on the market, JCEF event organizer Vanessa Obadia turned to the Badgy200, one simple box including:

After installing the printer in one of the association members’ homes, the organizers were able to print 450 badges for pre-registered individuals.
On the day of the convention, the compact format of the printer meant that it could be easily transported to the event location for the instant printing of the customized badges for guests invited at the last minute!
