Edit > How to upload pictures from your hard drive?

You can upload pictures from files stored on your PC (hard drive, external hard drive, USB storage device, etc.)

To insert a picture, use the “Browse disk” feature (see below). This menu opens Windows Explorer and lets you select the picture file to add to your badge design.

By default, a copy of each inserted picture will be saved to the folder that hosts your Badge file (name_of_you_file.xls).

If you would like to change the picture storage file, click Settings then Office photo folder. This field enables you to indicate the path to the file that hosts all pictures.
